Former Prodigy Media is extremely excited to be a part of an incredible cinematic work of art that is the newly released stop-motion animated feature film “The Inventor,” written and directed by Oscar-nominated writer, director Jim Capobianco (“Ratatouille”) and starring Stephen Fry as Leonardo DaVinci, as well as Oscar-winner Marion Cotillard and “Star Wars: Rogue One” star Daisy Ridley. The film had its World Premiere at the prestigious Annecy Festival in France in June 2023, prior to it’s US Theatrical release through Blue Fox Entertainment on September 15, 2023, followed by a Worldwide release via Universal Pictures later in the year. Logline: A hapless has-been producer, known for a decade-old hit tv show, gets a lucky break producing a film for a rich foreign businessman who shells out $1 Million to make his daughter’s acting dreams come true. Things take an unexpected turn when our producer suddenly finds himself having to spend that million bucks in cash… in Mexico, drawing much unwanted attention and sucking him into a risky lifestyle filled with high stakes, danger, romance and international mystery.

Logline: A couple deciding whether to have a baby together travel back home to seek their family’s guidance. Before they arrive, a young local boy goes missing, and they find themselves the target of a bigoted town suspicious of outsiders. When the townsfolk descend upon their ancient family home and threaten the lives of their family, they band together. But when pushed too far, it is revealed that their family is actually an ancient supernatural commune comprised of a Werewolf, a Vampire, a Zombie and Frankenstein’s Monster – all stationed in this town to stand guard outside of Hell’s gate hidden below them, in order to protect the balance of good and evil. As conflict ensues, it begs the question – who are the real monsters?
